DETAIL ITINERARY:

Day 01: Arrival in Hanoi (D)

Transfer via: International Flight on your own arrangement

After the flight we will be transferred to accommodation in our hotel. Tonight we will have a meal in one of the fine restaurants in Hanoi.

Day 02: Hanoi City tour (B, L)

In the morning we will visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, His House on stilts, the One Pillar Pagoda, the outside of the Presidential Palace and the Temple of Literature which was Vietnam's first University. In the afternoon we will go to the intriguing Ethnology Museum followed by an hour on a cyclo (a pedal rickshaw) being taken round the old quarter of Hanoi. Then we can enjoy the ancient and unique water-puppet show.
Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 03: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B, L, D)

In the morning we depart Hanoi for Halong Bay. When we are there we cruise in this secluded bay, marveling at 3000 limestone peaks that emerge from the emerald water. We have opportunity to visit spectacular limestone cave, swim from our boat, and especially we can do kayaking to explore the hidden charm part of the bay.Overnight on Junk Cruise.

Day 04: Halong Bay - Hanoi – Flight to Hue (B, L)

Transfer via: Vietnam Airlines

In the morning we do some more kayaking to explore Luon cave and from here we are kayaking toward Turtle islet, Human Head islet, and the Saddle islet. After having lunch on boat we will leave Halong for Hanoi then go directly to the airport for the flight to Hue, an ancient Capital city of many original historical vestiges. Overnight in Hue

Day 05: Hue city tour (B)

Our tour starts at 08:00 in the morning at the lobby of the hotel. We will be met and transferred to the Wharf where we will cruise along the Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda (The Heavenly Lady pagoda), from here we will have a good view of Perfume River and surroundings. And then we take our vehicle to Tu Duc King’s tomb, which is one of the most beautiful works of Royal Architecture of the Nguyen Dynasty. The tomb lies in a boundless pine forest.

Then we transfer back to the city for our delicious lunch at a fine local restaurant.

In the afternoon, we will visit the Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City and Dong Ba market.
Then we are relax at hotel.

Day 06: Hue - Hoi An (B)

We travel through the high pass of Hai Van with its spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean en route to Hoi An. On the way we also visit Cham museum, My Khe beach and the marble village. In the afternoon we will enjoy a walking tour of the Old Town with its narrow, winding streets, visiting the Fukien Assembly Hall, the 200 year old Tan Ky house, the Japanese covered bridge, the Hoi An Museum and the handicraft workshops. After that we are free to go shopping, go to the nearby beach, or even have some clothes made which can be picked up the very next day.

Day 07: Hoi An - My Son – Cooking Class (B, L)

Today we visit My Son, a relic of the Cham civilization which dates back from the 4th to the 12th century. We will return at noon giving us more time to explore quaint Hoi An. Afternoon, we take part in a cooking class showing us how to prepare the best Vietnamese and Hoi An specialties.

Day 08: Hoi An - Danang - Fly to Ho Chi Minh and Cu Chi Tunnel (B)

We will transfer to Danang to take a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
Afternoon, we will visit Cu Chi, where are an immense network of connecting underground tunnels located in the Cu Chi district of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam, and are part of a much larger network of tunnels that underline much of the country.
The tunnels were used by Viet Cong guerrillas as hiding spots during combat, as well as serving as communication and supply routes, hospitals, food and weapon caches and living quarters for numerous guerrilla fighters.
After that we transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day: 09 Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta Homestay (B, L, D)

This morning we will be met in the lobby of hotel in Ho Chi Minh City by our local guide. We will leave for the Mekong Delta at around 08:00AM. Driving through the Delta to Cai Be Floating Market we then board our riverboat for a cruise along the endless waterways of the mighty Mekong. We will stop, visiting brick pottery kilns, and a floating fish farm. Afterwards we will board a small restaurant serving the local delicacies of the river. Later, we will arrive at the lush orchards of the house in which we will spend the night in a home stay with a local family.Overnight at home stay

 

Day 10 Mekong Delta - Ho Chi Minh City (B, L)

After breakfast with the host family, we will take our private cruise to visit Cai Be Floating Market, joining with local people to buy special fruits or other souvenirs. Afterwards, we will continue our boat trip along the maze of waterways and canals through An Binh Island. We will stop at an old southern house with a bonsai garden and visit some local cottage industries which produce candy as well as rice cakes. Following our cruise, we will return to the Pier and transfer to our awaiting vehicle to return to Ho Chi Minh City. Lunch will be at My Tho City and our trip will finish in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh City (B, L)

Today we will visit to the Reunification Palace, the former Presidential Palace for the president of the South of Vietnam. After that we will visit War Remnant Museum, where we can see countless artifacts, photographs and pictures documenting about the second Indochina war. We also stop at Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post office to get good shots for our memory of the big, modern city of Vietnam. Our delicious lunch will be served at a nice restaurant in the central city.

After lunch time we continue our city tour with visits to Cho Lon market & then to Ben Thanh market- here we can experience our Vietnamese Southern daily life. After the tour is finished and drop at the hotel.

Day 12: Ho Chi Minh City - Siem Reap (B)

This morning we will take a flight to Siem Reap. Welcome to Siem Reap!

Your tour begins when you are warmly welcomed by our English Speaking Guide at Siem Reap International Airport. After you have collected your luggage he will then take you to your hotel for check in. You will transfer to visit Siem Reap Orientation visit local main shrine of Preah Ang Chheck/Chhom temple, and visit to Artisans D’Angkor focuses on training unschooled rural youth in traditional handicraft skills. Here you can discover traditional Cambodian handicraft skills and observe the artisans at work. Ancient techniques are still practiced here such as wood and stone carving, lacquering, gilding and silk painting. A guided tour will provide you with more insight into this organization and you may direct any questions to one of the artisans through your guide. Meet one of the experts from Artisans d’Angkor who will explain about the overall operations and their goals for the future. You will also learn more about the artisans’ backgrounds and how this training has helped them to get a head start in life. Afternoon we will continue to head out to visit West Barray, (the man-made lake built in 11th century) and the Killing Field of Wat Thmei. Accommodation in Siem Reap

Day 13: Siem Reap - Angkor Temple complex (B)

Breakfast at hotel, enter this last capital of the Khmer empire through the Southern Gate where giant carvings of gods and demons flank each side of the entrance. Inside this great city, explore the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace and Terrace of Leper King. Feel the serenity that exudes from the stone face carvings of the Bayon and temple walls covered in emerald-green moss intertwined with roots which many deem the most charming of all, Ta Prohm. Afternoon we visit Angkor Wat – one of the wonder of the world. End the day with the climb to the summit of Bakheng Mountain or Pre Rup Temple to view a spectacular sunset. After Dinner take an hour to visit night market in Siem Reap Town. Accommodation in Siem Reap

Day 14: Siem Reap – Departure (B)

Breakfast at hotel, free at leisure until time for transfer to airport for departure flight. End of service
